collaboration #12 consists of two artists standing, and gazing at each other, on a one square meter wood panel. The wood panel is painted white and is amplified,using contact mics, and has two piles of black pulverized coal prepared on it.

The artists move slowly, maintaining a constant distance from each other, while dragging their feet over one pile of coal. After rotating for 1 hr. and 15 mins., they take one step back and continue for another 1 hr. and 15 mins. The action leaves a remnant in the form of a circle of black coal, on the white wooden surface.
