The Touch Can Tell; synaesthetic intimate memory

performance showing
22. November 2019
at Cross Attic, Prague CZ

This collaboration is looking at touch as a tool and method for triggering and affecting memory and seeks to understand forms of intelligence and thinking beyond brain-centered cognition, framed within the material and the sensory world. We research what human touch on another’s body can induce, concerning our momentary state of mind, and our embodied memories, patterns and experiences. How can different modes of physical touch trigger various emotional states, and how we can proceed with such sensory experiences and generate responses in the present?
